How long does a new website take?
Usually 2–4 weeks on Starter, 4–6 weeks on Growth and 6–12 weeks on Premium, depending on content and features.
Who will I actually work with?
Directly with us — the people who design, build and look after your site, from the first call to launch and beyond. No account managers and no hand-offs.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. We’re based in Toronto and happy to meet at your shop anywhere in Brampton, Mississauga or the GTA — or by video if that’s easier.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Growth and Premium include a CMS, so you can change text, photos and services without touching code. On Starter, just send us the change.
I already take bookings on Booksy, Fresha, Square or Vagaro. Do I need to switch?
No. We connect the booking tool you already use — your “Book now” buttons go straight to it — and add what it can’t do on its own: showing up on Google search and Maps, with a website that’s yours.
What’s the difference between basic and strategic updates?
Basic updates are quick jobs — editing text, swapping images, fixing contact details. Strategic updates take more planning, like SEO improvements, speed tuning or new features. Starter includes 2 basic and 1 strategic update a month, Growth includes 4 and 2, and Premium includes unlimited strategic updates.
Are hosting and a domain included?
Hosting and SSL are included in every plan. Your domain name is billed separately, at your own cost, and it stays in your name.
Do I own my website?
Your site is yours to use for as long as you’re on a plan. If you’d like to own the custom code outright, you can buy it for a one-time fee after your service period.
Do you work with businesses outside Canada?
Yes. We’re based in Toronto and work remotely with clients in other countries and time zones.
